From a Design Studio to an AI & Automation Agency: The Dreamer Designs Is Evolving
The Dreamer Designs is taking a new direction.
And as exciting as that is, I have to admit it makes me a little emotional.
For more than a decade, design has been at the heart of who we are. We built brands, designed websites, created digital experiences, worked on presentations, UI/UX, and helped businesses communicate better through design.
That identity has been with us for a very long time.
But businesses evolve.
Technology evolves.
And sometimes, you realize that the work you’re doing today has already taken you somewhere very different from where you started.
That’s exactly where we are right now.
The Dreamer Designs is no longer just a design studio. We are becoming a full-service agency. In many ways, we already are.
Design will always remain part of our DNA. But today, AI, automation, development, software, and applications are becoming a much bigger part of what we do.
Moving Beyond Traditional Development
For years, WordPress development was an important part of our work and it still is.
We continue building low-code and no-code websites when they’re the right solution for a project.
But we’re no longer limiting ourselves to WordPress or traditional website development.
We’re exploring new development stacks, building custom applications, developing SaaS products, creating internal business tools, and designing automation workflows that connect different parts of an organization.
And interestingly, some of the projects keeping us busiest today aren’t really “website projects” at all.
They start with a completely different question:
“We have this digital problem. Can you solve it?”
Increasingly, our answer is yes.
Sometimes the solution is software.
Sometimes it’s an automation.
Sometimes it’s AI.
Sometimes it’s a website.
And sometimes it’s a combination of all four.
That’s the direction we’re moving toward.
Building Things That Solve Real Problems
One of the most exciting parts of this transition has been building our own tools.
Instead of simply discussing what AI and automation could do, we’ve been experimenting, developing, testing, breaking things, rebuilding them, and actually putting these ideas to work.
One example is our Conversion Rate Optimisation tool.
A user simply enters their information and website details, and the system analyzes the website across 28 different CRO parameters. Instead of manually reviewing every element from scratch, the tool helps identify potential conversion problems and opportunities through a structured analysis.
We have also built an AI interface similar to ChatGPT or Claude, where different AI models can be integrated into one environment. The idea is to give businesses more control over how they interact with AI while building around specific operational and privacy requirements.
Then there is our Site Health tool.
Again, the philosophy is simple.
You shouldn’t need to understand complicated technology just to understand what’s happening with your website.
Enter the required information through a simple interface, let the system perform the checks, and get useful insights about your website’s health.
And Then There Is Automation
Some of our favorite projects aren’t even visible to customers.
They’re the systems quietly working behind the scenes.
Take our Blog Manager.
Instead of manually preparing and publishing multiple articles on a WordPress website, the system can take structured raw information from an Excel sheet and automatically turn it into published blog content.
What previously involved repetitive manual steps becomes a workflow.
And that’s where automation becomes interesting.
It’s not always about creating some futuristic AI product.
Sometimes the best automation simply removes 30 repetitive clicks someone has been doing every day for years.
Those small improvements add up.
Saving 15 minutes doesn’t sound revolutionary.
Saving 15 minutes every day, across 10 employees, throughout an entire year?
Now you’re solving a business problem.
The Question Has Changed
Earlier, clients might have approached us and asked:
“Can you design this?”
Then it became:
“Can you design and develop this?”
Today, increasingly, the question is:
“Can you solve this?”
And I think that’s the biggest shift happening at The Dreamer Designs.
We’re moving from being defined by a particular service to being defined by the problems we can solve.
Design helps us make solutions intuitive.
Development helps us build them.
AI helps us add intelligence.
Automation helps us remove repetitive work.
And our experience helps us understand how all of those pieces should work together.
Same Trust. Same Service. More Powerful.
There is something emotional about changing direction after more than a decade.
You don’t want to leave behind what built you.
And we’re not.
We’re carrying it forward.
The attention to detail we learned through design, the relationships we’ve built with clients, the experience gained across hundreds of projects, and the curiosity that kept us experimenting are all coming with us.
We’re simply adding more capabilities around them.
So yes, The Dreamer Designs is changing.
From design to development.
From websites to applications.
From manual processes to automation.
From using AI tools to building AI-powered solutions.
And from being asked to create digital assets to being trusted to solve digital problems.
If you’re looking for an AI, automation, software, application, or digital solution, we’d love to explore what we can build.
Same trust.
Same service.
More powerful.
